Both the EX4100 & EX2Ultra show offline through myCloud...how do I fix it?

I am trying to access my drives an EX4100 and an EX2Ultra both from my Android using the mycloud app and through my laptop using https://files.mycloud.com/. In both cases the drives show offline. I updated the app and I checked firmware, all seem ok. I can access the drives as mapped drives or typing in their URL from the laptop. So what am I doing wrong?
