Both Disks show Solid Red Light, whirring sound, no access to dashboard

Hi,

My NAS unit whirrs and shows two solid red lights on HDD1 and HDD2. Tried 4s and 40s reset. No change, Also cannot access the dashboard. used http://wdmycloud or http://mycloudex2ultra/.

The unit is only a few weeks old and has been working well until now.

Does anyone know how I can correct this?
