hi - I am a real novice and am stuck with the issue that I can’t see the My Cloud Home in the Bose Soundtouch app any longer. As far as I know I haven’t changed anything but the Soundtouch app just can’t find it any longer so I can’t play any music stored on My Cloud Home. I’ve tried plugging in another NAS drive into the same port on the router and the Soundtouch app picked it up ok. I’d be very grateful for any help please.
I’d start with a reboot of your router and see if everything shows on your network. If that doesn’t work reboot your My Cloud Home.
I just checked my app and had to install a new update. To install the update, I had to download the app, remove the old one and then use the downloaded new update to install it. Below is the updated app information.
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I’ve already rebooted my router and My Cloud Home (several times!) with no success. I’m also running the updated version of the Soundtouch app. I can see My Cloud Home in Windows Explorer - it’s just the Soundtouch app that isn’t seeing it. Thanks again.

Have you tried to resync it?

Thank you SO much for your help. I have actually managed to connect to My Cloud Home from Soundtouch now, by fiddling around with Plex media server. It seems that I needed to sign back in to it and play around with a few settings ( I don’t think I could repeat it!). Anyway - thanks again. Regards, Ceri
