Greetings - I have an HP p6320f desktop, Win 7, HD s/n wd10eads. Wont boot HD drive error BIOHD-2. Was about to download a Data lifegaurd Diagnostic for DOS (CD), when I noticed under supported operating systems Win 7 is not listed ? I put in the above serial number which is on the HD in my computer. Thx for any help.
Hi yes it will work when the pc boots to the cd in dos mode it never sees the os.
I have used DLG on my Windows 7 computer and it works, just be sure to right click on the installation file and select run as administrator. Also if you are using the DLG Boot disk it doesn’t matter what OS you have installed.
