Just to took delivery and really liking the ease of set up and use but after hours of backing up several hard drives of pictures, when I open them, every single one is blurry on my android s10 in the WD app. When I open them to edit them from the WD app in and editing program like Polish, I can see that they are not blurryand look fine. How can I fix this?? I am super disappointed since I can’t view pictures through the app without having to open them again in Polish. I can’t seem to figure out how change the default app either.
Help or am going to have to return this.
