Blue Screen with a Bad Pool Caller message Error

Good morning to All, I’m constantly getting a blue screen with a ‘BAD_POOL_CALLER’ error when I try to do a new clean installation Windows (right after the Options for format screen), after the error comes up the machine restart again. Is a physical problem with my Hard Drive? What can I do for fixing? HDD Model: ( WD1600JS ) – 160 GB. I would appreciate any help with this. Thanks in advance.
