Blue screen now with Driver Power State Failure

I have just Installed the ssd WDS500G2B0A drive in my old computer DELL XPS 630 boot mode legacy ever since that I get a blue screen now with Driver Power State Failure bios has the latest drivers and also the ssd dashboard crashes when I start up the program my question is do they have a firmware update or some advice would be helpful
