Got a 2tb WD player. All worked fine till now. The blue light comes on but the system just seems to hang. When attached to laptop itcan read hard drive but crashes explorer each time and hangs. Have tried the reset button. Any help would be great as got music and photos on.
Something happened to the partition on the drive
try resetting back to defaults
