I bought a 2tb MyBook Mirror ten months ago. Two days ago, it stopped powering on. When I plugged the power in, the blue light will flash momentarily, then nothing else happens. No more blue light, no whirring, no noise, etc. I tried a different power outlet and another MyBook power adapter (the same kind), with no luck.
It is under warranty, but the data on it is important and I don’t know if you get your data back if you switch for another one. What would you recommend I do as my next step of action?
