Blue light Blinking - MyCloudWD

Community - I need advises from you about how to SOLVE BLUE LIGHT BLINKING

I have been using My Cloud WD 4TB for few months and found out that the Blue Light on device keeps blinking and of course I am unable to connect to the devices - I have saved all pictures/videos on it and it seems to be a disaster for me now.

I tried disconnecting the power and reconnect, the reboot process looks unusual as the light immediately go to BLUE LIFHT BLINKING MODE

Appreciate your advices

For your ref: I did bring my device to WD store, the technician there said he never expreriences this issue and he offered me two options and both not works for me 1) Change brand new one and I lose all the data 2) Bring to third party and pay almost 1000USD for recovering the data

Any one experience? Kindly share how to deal with this, thanks

As far as I know that’s not how Western Digital proceeds to replace a drive, so can you please clarify when you refer to “WD Store”?

I came to WD Mangga Dua Mall - Jakarta/Indonesia. I am very confused with Staff capability and advices there. They have never experienced the issue before and give me 2 options which I am not comfortable

  1. Send device by myself to recover data and I lose the device since guarantee seal broken.
  2. WD agree to Exchange new device. But I will lose all data
