Hi all my wd my cloud updated and as it rebooted the blue light starting flashing for about 2 days now i just unplugged it and it will not boot up still flashes blue. Can someone advise on how to fix i have it full of important documents i need

Thank You,That worked now i just can’t log in to my dashboard the password field is disabled for some reason…i can transfer files fine but i can’t log in to dashboard any suggestions?
Reset clears the admin password.
on the log in screen the password field is disabled. it has a password set and when i click on the device user name the search bar goes crazzy
