Blank screen web UI

Hi all,
since the update I am having trouble with accesing the mycloud in the web browser, I usually just type in its IP and this still works and I get the loading screen, but now the page just goes blank white. I am thinking this is since the latest software update, I have tried on both chrome and IE.

What happened after the update, did your device restart? Does it have a blue LED on the front? Do you have a static address for the device?

If you have a shortcut on your desktop, right click on it, click on Properties and look under Web Document for the address.
