I have a western digital caviar se 750gb bought about 3 years ago. Suddenly last week my pc didn’t boot up, in fact before I can access to the bios a blank screen appears and doesn’t go away; so I can’t even access to the bios!
If a put an other hard disk my pc works so the problem is the WD device. What’s happened? I lost all my files?
I can’t run the diagnostic wd tool because i can’t boot up from my cd drive for the blank screen.
Anyone can help me? I also searched on the internet without any solutions for that problem!
