After 40s hard reset, I am getting a blank welcome page as you can see in the below-attached image link. Is there any solution how to fix this? The light on the my cloud device is steady with blue led.

Couple of troubleshooting steps.
Try a different web browser.
Try a different computer or mobile device.
Power cycle the single bay/single drive My Cloud.
Try disabling all browser add-ons/extensions as some can interfere with page loading.
Try accessing the My Cloud using it’s IP address in the web browser.
