Big Mistake Damaged HardDrive

Used Linux dd to save mbr of my drives to directory mbrbak

I disconnect power to linux hd when installing win7 to stop it removing grub

I might need to dd /sdb to /sda so seemed a good idea at the time

So not only did too clever for his own boots not /sdb to /mbrbak/sda but dd /sda to /sdb

You can stop laughing now

Any help much appreciated hd is Model: WDBMMA003HNC-ERSN 3/tb network
