Best method to backup a MyWorldBook

Can someone suggest the best method to backup a MyWorldBook (whitelight)?  Is it using CopyManager, or can it be automated?

We are using the MWB as a file server and need to ensure we have a simple method to back it up (for offsite storage).  I was thinking of having a couple of 2TB USB drives and alternating them weekly.

Any method is fine, the copy manager is the default tool provided with the drive but if you can Google an automatic backup software able to mirror the content of a NAS then go for it…
