looking for best option of 6tb hard disk
hdd or ssd to be placed in a 16 bay unit ( NAS storage) for video/audio (survillance ) recording?

SSD’s are not designed for video surveillance … but if you want to spend/waste close to $1000 for one, then go ahead.

Or you could buy a 6TB WD Purple HDD which is designed for video surveillance at less than 1/4 of the cost of an SSD.
