Is there a BartPE plugin for the Acronis True Image Western Digital Edition (like the Seagate DiscWizard) ??  If yes where can I download it?

Did you try Acronis? the trouble is most of their downloads require you to login.

I tried the “Acronis True Image WD Edition” clone function and had a bad result. After starting the clone operation, the software restarts XP but
the screen remains black. There is no indication of any disk activity.
I had to restore the system in order to be able to reboot XP.
