Bad Service of Replacement

My WD HDD (Black) found faulty on 24th Oct 2017. I purchased that product online on 5-10-2017.After installation of OS,10 days later it was not detected by OS. Then I created RMA on 25th Oct 2017(RMA No.87257539 ) and deposited it to WD Service Centre at Raja Subodh Mallik Square, Kolkata on 28th Oct, they told me that replaced product would reach my Home address within 10 days from the deposit date. But till on 14th Nov, I did not receive my replaced product, Help Me.
