Backups Not Backing Up

To echo an entry from April.

I can see 54 files , 1021.10MB are not backed up.  The Backup routine seems to be stuck on a file that can not be found (“The system cannot find the path specified.”).  I see no way of telling the software to ignore the file.  Its just stuck, been that way since 11/27/14.  How can I remove this file from the backup list?

what software are you using to backup the computer? This would be good information so you can get the best help possible.
