Hi all
Been using my mycloud for a year and no problems at all. However, I tried to do my monthly backup last week and it won’t seem to start. I’m using an external USB, and attempting the backup using the mycloud/ dashboard- basically the same as I’ve been doing all year. I create the job, it says backup ready - and i click start It pops up saying ‘Updating…’ for a brief few seconds and then nothing happens, the backup just won’t start.
I’ve rebooted the device a few times, reset my internet and PC and tried on different devices but the same happens.
Any ideas?
