BACKUP WDMYCLOUDEX4100 through network with BACKUP EXEC

I am trying to backup files on the WDMYCLOUDEX4100 from my network using BACKUP EXEC that resides on my network. The shares are accessible for users on the network but can’t get backup to work. Anyone ever do that (or attempt it)?
