From the link provided by WDStaff, it appears that the WD DL series does not support this feature. (It would have been nice if Jonty.S had just replied with that instead of just sending you to a link.)
It would also be nice if WDStaff would actually respond to your original question:

WD Staff need some training in “interpersonal communications” and “Providing exceptional Customer Service”.
