Backup Speed option not available

I recently purchased and finally am setting up my device. My Book Live 2tb  Everything seems to be working fine except the option to change the backup speed.  I would like to enable run during idle only, but of course I can’t without this option.  I ran updates and there are no more to run(that I am aware of)

That option was removed on the latest smartware version.
