Backup Source cannot be found Please verify your backup plan

Hi all

I would really appreciate some help with this< I’m getting really disheartened by this WD Could hard drive

I have a wd hard drive that i use for a backup, the other day i had it plugged into my PC and back it up   to the wd cloud

I have now removed the usb hard drive and all the time im getting Backup Source cannot be found Please verify your backup plan, and the cloud hasn’t been backing up my hard drive any ideas

Hello there, do you only backup the external drive with the software? try to change the source on the software and see if you get the same message. If you keep getting this message, contact support for further assistance on this matter.
