Hello, Does anyone know if WD has software that will allow the Passport Essential to be configured to backup files/folders on a specified day and time? If so where could I get it or download it?
Most of the WD Softwares are designed to automatically backup the data, many of them do not have an schedule backup feature. However you can go to the Western Digital’s download page to get the softwares for your device:
