The WD Backup Software is saying the backup schedule is paused. All of the action boxes are grayed out and won’t work. How do I un-pause the backup schedule. I have reinstalled the software.
You can try uninstalling WD Backup from the computer and re-install the WD Backup. When you setup the Backup schedule after re-installing the WD Backup, it will give you an option to use existing backup plan.

Did you ever get this resolved? I am having a similar problem and just sent a ticket to WB. If their fix doesn’t work its back to the store.
