Backup program setup on a new computer?

I tested my new WD passport on computer “A” and set that up to backup on some files, just to check.

When I should set up the external harddisk to the computer “B” that I am use normally, I installed the software on this computer, but the autorun/backup program could not start at all, only returning a error message, and I can therefore not use the backup program on the HD. Seems like it is still “looked” to the first computer for backup, a setting on the HD is wrong or … I don’t know what…?

I can add normal files to the drive, but the backup program is not available… :frowning:

Any bright ideas ?

Have you tried contacting WD’s Technical Support? I would consider giving them a call about this.
