Backup one WD drive to another WD drive

Hi,

I have two new 3TB My Book external hard drives. I want to have one for my important work files and then the other to backup these files. The WD software on the drives doesn’t seem to allow this. It only lets you select drives that are inside my PC to back up ( Drives C & D) .

Can anybody help?
