Backup of Mycloud home

Today my mycloud home crashed, i thought it was gone, but luckily it worked again after i restarted it.
It made me wonder how to back up the my cloud home?
I have years of photos I dont want to loose, in case of the drive fails.
Does anyone know how to back up the unit ?

I know i can manually slowly copy th photos and files with seperatly logging into the 4 different account. Whife&kids

FileFort Backup can be used to backup the content in the My Cloud Home Private user space to a USB drive connected to your computer if you have WinDoze

Do i have to log in to all 4 accounts seperatly to backup the different data using this software ?
