Backup of Mybook Live?

I am looking for an easy, seamless way to backup a 2TB Mybook Live.

I use it as a network storage for all of my household media and files. I would like to set another drive to mirror or ghost it.

What would be the best way to do this? LAN consists of 3 MBP running OSX 10+ and two Win 7 PC’s.
