I am trying to use a WD easystore product and I have all the software installed correctly (as far as I can tell) and I’m looking at the current backup plan screen and have my easystore selected. However, when I click ‘backup now’ the button doesn’t seem to do anything. Viewing the files in the drive, there’s nothing there. Did I not install something correctly? Should I just wait until the end of the hour and see if it automatically backs up then?
