Have a 1TB My Passport external drive with Windows 10. Tried backing up files only to find 1 file didn’t backup. UPPS.bin I made sure my WD was completely updated which it was. This is the second time this file would not backup. Any clues??

Dont know what file it is. After backing up the WD Passport says the file was not backed up. Why I dont know.
