Hi everyone, just wondering if there is a way to back up the actual mybook drive. We have many different users and shares on ours since it is a business with a lot of valuable information stored. How do you back up the drive in case something were to happen? We cannot lose any information off of this drive.

I believe that with the latest version of smartware you are able to do that…
It should give you the options to select the My book as the origin of the file.
