Backup my book to my pc

I use my book wd drive as the office network drive. At the end of each day i wish to backup mybook contents onto the C: drive on my desktop pc. All the wd s/w seems to be geared up for backups either from a pc to a nas drive or between nas drives.

Using Smartware you can backup the PC to the My Book, but no the other way around.
