Backup my 2 terabyte WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra

I would have thought that Backup would be an obvious category but apparently not, so I stuffed this topic in off-topic. sorry if I missed something,
I would like to create a disk image (ISO?) of my 2 terabyte WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra and save it to a USB drive. I can’t figure out how to do that or even if it’s possible. I installed the 2 backup apps that were shown but didn’t see detailed documentation for either. Can anyone assist, PLEASE !
