Backup multiple internal drives

I just purchased a 3TB my book, and would like to continually backup both internal drives on my PC.  I have a 256GB SSD as C:, and a 1TB HDD for media files and other documents.  In the WD Smartware software I can select between both drives, but can I have both constantly backed up or is it only one or the other?  I’m running windows 8.

FBackup 4 (freeware program) will let you make an image of several hard drives on one hard drive. (I play with enough computers to have had two backups at once. Usually my wife and grandson.) Get it at:  http://www.fbackup.com/

Just for your information, it creates a zip file. You can use 7zip (or your favorite compression program) to extract the files if you need them.
