Backup list is empty

Hi,

I have WD Live Duo 6TB and I use it to backup to machines: MacAir and a Windows 7 machine.

The problem is that when I open the Backup tab on the UI is empty, even if the backups are there.

Any idea?

Hi, be sure to download the latest firmware version installed.

You may also try a reset, by holding the reset button for 4 seconds. This will not affect the data stored on the drive.

I have the last version. I think the problem started when I install it the last firmware.
