Backup has different number of files

When I backup My Documents to My Passport and click Properties, the backup has about 300 hundred files less and about 20 folders less (My docs 14,057 Files, 1,298 Folders, backup 13,729 Files, 1,275 Folders).Can anyone thinks of a reason?

Hi Davet1000,

If you used WD Backup, it doesn’t backup system files and library files. You should check the files types from below link which are excluded in backup created by WD Backup:
