Backup error 1400

I have some troubles with backup (syncro). It is between two my cloud mirros devices. initially it worked a couple of times. then stopped working. Again it worked a couple of times. Now it stopped at all. It says error 1400. Can you help with that? thanks.

Ho configurato un backup tra due mycloud miror e inizialmente fuinzionava. Poi ha smesso di funzionare, ha ripreso nuovamente, e ora ha smesso di nuovo. Segnala error 1400. qualcuno può aiutarmi? grazie
