Does the backup utility on the EX2 or 4 create a backup image and then incremental changes? or does it only backup specific folders? If not, can you use Acronis True Image?

You can backup specific folders of the unit, you are ble to do incremental backups but only folders, i have not tried acronis to backup a shared folder or to do a clone of a drive, lets see if another user can share some information and tips on this matter.
