Hello,
Yesterday I bought a 2TB My Cloud Home and when I connected it I realized that it is very different from the My Cloud that I had before.
I am wanting to make backups with the EaseUS but it asks for a username and password (and I already tried several, for example user user, admin admin, network users, my cloud user, etc) none of them worked.
I ask for your help because I can not make it work for what I buy it.
