Backup Destination Cannot be Authenticated - HELP!

Hi there

Even though when I log into my WD Smartware it says I am connected to my Dropbox account and I have logged out and in several times, I keep getting the above message. I know my account it correct and the smartware connects to it, but I can not back up to it.

Any ideas anyone? I have My Passport Ultra and am running Windows 10.
