I have searched and not come up with anything in WD’s site (including here) regarding this. If I missed it I’d appreciate being pointed to it.
I have the MyBook World II 2T network drive.
I’m trying to install the Backup Anywhere software. FIrst I tried the CD. After clicking the Backup Anywhere button, nothing seems to happen. Documentations says this could take a couple of minutes before the next screen appears. I’ve given it 15 minutes. I also downloaded the latest version of this software from WD’s site. After clicking on the language selection (English), again nothing seems to happen.
System is XP.
Any suggestions?
