Maybe I’m missing something obvious here, but if I try to stop the share on the SmartWare part of the drive, but give myself full read/write access, my computer isn’t able to write to the back-up. Anyone know what I am doing wrong here?
Are you using the SmartWare, if so go to the Help tab and read the information provided there. There is a link at the bottom of the Help tab area for the Online User Manuals too.
