Hi, I have 4TB WD sharespace and would like to back it up to my dropbox account. I have downloaded the free trial version of wd smartware pro, however, the sharespace is not recognised by the software so I can’t select it as the backup source. Am I doing the wrong thing here? Is thare another way to backup whats on my NAS to my dropbox account?

Currently, the WD Smartware is not compatible with the WD Sharespace.
You can try moving the files manually to the dropbox account.
