BAcking up onboard SD card

New here and looking for some help. 

I am using My Book Live 3 TB and have an onboard SD card in my windows tablet used for most of my data to back up.  I want to include it in backup through WD Smartware.  Smartware shows the C drive on the home tab screen but not the SD Card.  Any suggestions Thanks

JUst wanted to add Operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium and SD Card is 64GB exFAT file system.
