I have clicked back up but next to the column under the my passport image it says no files are backed up. How do I make sure it has backed up my files?
Did you try going into the backup folder on your drive to see if it has the files. You should be able to navigate all the way down into the actual files.
Go to your Passport and if the swstor folder is empty or not even there, then there is no backup yet.
