Does anyone know how to set backups to “update” files on MyCloud rather than everytime a backup is completed, it adds another file with a bunch of numbers. This makes it difficult to find a particular file when you need to restore one.

Change the WD SmartWare file history to “0” under Settings.
I can not set the WD Smartware file history less than 1 under settings. Any other suggestions?
This depends on the version ofWD SmartWare you are currently using. The minimum possible threshold (1/0)indicates no additional copies, and originals files will be updated.
