My WD passport has been backing up for over 3 days and still says it’s processing. It has never said it’s bached up. I don’t know what to do. It can’t take that long! And, my MacBook is full - but I’m afraid to delete anything - as it may not be backed up … thank you I’m advance fur your help.,I’m computer savvy enough to be dangerous …
You can uninstall and reinstall the latest version of WD Backup from Support site, and then try to start the backup again.

I have a Mac book air - I cant figure out how to uninstall…I would greatly appreciate more details of how to uninstall and reinstall… I am assuming I need my passport plugged in to my computer?
